Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth appointment setting experience with the customer

  • Make sure you’re logged into Hubspot & Go to CRM > Contacts
  • Type in the email just submitted in the form
  • Click to open the record and find the contact owner and concierge who have been assigned to the lead
  • Let the client know that you are working on finding the available times our concierges can meet with them
  • Once you see in the CRM who the concierge is for that lead make sure to pull up the relevant calendar
  • Provide the customer with the available options for them to choose from
  • Select the time the customer selects and ask them to wait for confirmation
  • Make sure to grab the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address and phone from the CRM. Do not ask the customer to repeat this information for you
  • Once you see the confirmation message on the screen double check with the client to ensure they got an email confirming their appointment
