Ringba Inbound Calls Script & Data Collection Form

When you pick up the phone and hear the “Ringba Call” message please follow this script:

  • Caller: Hi, this is (Caller Name) from the Institute of Financial Wellness. I’m here to help you get your Retirement Score. Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?
  • Customer: First Name (If the client does not provide the last name)
    Caller: May I also have your last name?
  • Customer: Last Name
  • Caller: Awesome (customer name), what state are you calling us from today?
  • Customer: I’m calling from [state name]
  • Caller: I see that you’re calling from [customer number], is this the best number to reach you at in the future?
  • Customer: [Yes/No]
  • Caller: Also, what would be the best email to keep on file as well?
  • Customer: [provides email address]
  • Caller: What interested you to get your retirement score?
  • Customer: Explains what caught their attention.
  • Caller: If they explain it right then acknowledge it. If they are not clear “Well, the retirement score is kind of like your “credit score ” for retirement. The higher your score, the better your chances of a great retirement. And – It’s complementary to get your retirement score with one of our IFW Certified Financial Professionals.
