Jeff Holmes

Jeff Holmes has been teaching various Retirement Planning Courses for over 20 years. He has a passion for teaching and helping his clients reach their retirement goals. During his 32 years in the financial services industry, he has specialized in assisting clients preserve wealth, increase assets and income, and implement tax saving strategies.
Jeff’s uses holistic planning that considers all aspects and factors that could impact his clients lives in retirement. This approach begins with client education and knowledge of all options for their specific situation. He helps his clients with a flexible type of retirement planning that acts in the client’s best interest and focuses on what is most important to them.
Jeff Holmes is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with Foundations Investment Advisors, LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm. Jeff is Series 66 licensed which is a securities license required by most states for individuals who act as investment advisors. The Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination covers laws, regulations, ethics and topics such as retirement planning, portfolio management strategies and fiduciary responsibilities. He is also licensed in Life, Accident & Health, Disability and Property & Casualty Insurance which covers general insurance concepts, insurance policies, provisions, and major tax considerations.
Jeff also holds two certifications. He is a Certified Financial Fiduciary* and a Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC)**. He is also a member of the National Association of Financial Fiduciaries (NACFF) and a member of the National Ethics Association (NEA).
His degrees include a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology as well as a Master of Business Administration from New Mexico State University (NMSU). During his college years, he played for the NMSU tennis team. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis.
