Swearingen Advisors was established in 2006. Over the past two decades, the firms has grown from a small agency in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area to an agency servicing and working with clients in over 20 states across the United States.

As a network of independent brokers, we take our time with each of our clients, listen to their needs and develop a plan that meets their individual protection needs and investment objectives. By being 100% independent and not being owned by, affiliated with, or controlled by any insurance company, bank, or financial institution, we ensure we can offer objective, unbiased advice without a hidden agenda or conflict of interest. Ryan was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He met and married his college sweetheart, Emily in 2007. Together they have two children, Mackenzie and Brooke. When not helping his clients, Ryan enjoys spending time with his extended family, working on projects in his woodshop, and enjoying the great outdoors. Ryan is a graduate of Geneva College with a major in Communications and Public Relations.
