Cory Zafke co-founded ClearPath Wealth Advisors after being in the financial service industry since 2004. Cory spent over a decade at an international insurance company where he educated financial advisors on financial concepts and reasons to add safety and protection to their clients’ portfolios. After a life-changing incident, Cory was drawn to being a financial advisor where he knew he would be able to help people with some of the most important decisions of their lives.
Cory gets energized when talking with his clients about their lives, their hopes, and their aspirations for their futures. He likes to work side-by-side with people to create tax-efficient financial plans that will feel like them and the life they are able to have.
Cory grew up in the White Bear Lake area and graduated from Saint John’s University (MN) in 2002, where he played soccer and studied abroad in France. Cory enjoys cooking with his kids, making soup when it’s cold out, and watching the Vikings, Twins, and European Soccer on the weekends. He married his wife Jill on a beach in 2008 and they currently live in Chanhassen, MN with their son, Tatum, and their two daughters, Tegan and Ryan, and their French Bulldog, Claude. They like to ride their bikes to ice cream shops, a good burger, and the occasional doughnut or cupcake.
Taylor Sundeen created ClearPath Wealth Advisors after over 15 years of financial services experience in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. He earned his CFP® designation in 2011 to enhance his expertise in multiple financial planning areas from Tax Planning and Investments to Insurance and Estate Planning. Taylor enjoys the day-to- day interaction with clients and prides himself of creating well-versed financial plans that are customized to meet all of his clients income, tax, and investment planning objectives.
Taylor grew up in Spooner, WI and graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a double major in Finance and Marketing. He lives in Maple Grove with his wife (Gina) and 3 children: Cody (8) and twin girls (5) Ariana and Gabrielle.
