Jason Suzuki is the principal owner of Suzuki & Associates, an innovative employee benefits consulting firm located in Fresno, California, which he founded in 2023. He is also an IFW Certified professional in retirement planning.

Before launching Suzuki & Associates, Jason worked for New York Life Insurance Company, U.S. Retirement and Benefits Partners, and as a substitute math and English middle school teacher in the Mendota, California, school district.

Throughout his experiences, Jason has felt called toward a career in advising. During his time with U.S. Retirement and Benefits Partners, Jason assisted clients as they managed busy open enrollment seasons for health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. While consulting hundreds of employees on their benefit options, Jason also answered their questions and advised them regarding the challenges of preparing for retirement.

Jason is passionate about helping others understand the complexity of the benefits marketplace and realize the potential of their options. In partnering with IFW, he will integrate advanced technology tools into his business that can assist in helping clients understand the intricacies of retirement.

Jason holds a B.A. in philosophy/pre-law from California State University, Fresno.
