John Lawrence is the Owner and Founder of Camino Consulting.  John has over 32 years in the financial services industry having experience with Provident Life & Accident and Principal Financial Group.

John began Camino Consulting after having walked the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. The Camino is a 500-mile pilgrimage beginning in St. Jean Pied-de-Port France and ending in Santiago de Compostela Spain.

During this 5-week pilgrimage, John reflected on what was wrong with the “Corporate” world of financial services. Having had a vision of how to better serve clients and improve their situations, upon his return, John began Camino Consulting.
