Marden Morales graduated from University of California, Riverside in 2007 where he studied electrical engineering. After working as an engineer for 2 years, he decided to start his own business. Although Marden didn’t know what type of business he wanted to pursue, he did know that he wanted to help people.

He began his business career in the food and oil industry. He also started an e-commerce meal prep company. It was 10 years before Marden discovered the insurance industry and why it was not only his passion but also his calling. This was due in large part to him noticing a trend with his family members who were in retirement. He discovered family members in their 70s and 80s who had saved for their retirement yet still found themselves living 100% off Social Security and being forced to return to the workforce. Marden also discovered other retired family members who, instead of enjoying their retirement that they had saved their whole adult lives for, were afraid to spend any money because they needed to keep those funds safe just in case of an emergency, stock market crash, inflation, and all other reason not to spend money.

Marden quickly realized that there was a direct link to the insurance industry and creating a retirement plan that could protect one’s assets and provide someone with the income stream needed to not only survive retirement but to also enjoy it as well! He came to the realization that he could apply his passion for helping people by committing his career to helping others retire happy by teaching retirees how to create income from their current assets thus giving themselves permission to do what they want, when they want during their retirement.

Marden lives in Michigan, 30 miles north of Detroit and has been married for 8 years. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two kids, Elon and Mahalia, 7 and 5 years old respectively. Together, their hobbies include traveling to new destinations, trying new restaurants and foods and working on home projects. Favorite places they have traveled to include the Philippines, Hawaii, Jamaica, Puerto Vallarta and San Diego. Marden enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, playing basketball and watching the Lakers.
