Rich Kruithoff’s experience includes 20 years as a business owner in the Retail Grocery industry. As part owner, he held many positions in the family business including Vice President of Human Resources. After selling the business he started a firm specializing in human resources.  Rich consulted with business owners, corporations, and educational institutions in training programs. Gerber Foods and other large corporations and educational institutions, including Michigan State University, have retained him.

He joined New York Life, from 2009 – 2016.

Rich has partnered with professionals from all over the country to develop exceptional strategies for highly compensated small business owners. His team included CPAs, tax attorneys, tax specialists, and business attorneys.

From 2016 to 2023 Rich created a company to specifically help clients with legacy planning and charitable giving. He assisted in helping his clients place over $80,000,000 into legacy and charitable planning portfolios. He has since retired from charitable planning, specifically, after noticing the need to help those retiring who need more than just charitable planning assistance.

Rich has now joined The Institute of Financial Wellness to offer the full spectrum of retirement planning tools.

Rich and his wife, Lynda, after living in West Michigan all their lives moved to Las Vegas in 2014 where he still resides. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and hiking.
