As a team member of CapitalSmith Richard specializes in all aspects of the sales cycle, building client relationships, case follow-up and marketing strategies.

Richard has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Cal State University Dominguez Hills. He has previously qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table.  He is also a member and current President of NAIFA Inland Empire Chapter and board member of NAIFA California.

His career in financial services started in 1995 with General America. He later spent 12 years with Automobile Club of Southern California as a Life Specialist, in that role trained many agents. Over the last 10 years he has been an independent broker producer.

Richard’s clients include personal family planning and business succession planning. He has implemented strategies for business owners of various sizes and complexities. Helping them transitions out of business.

As a resident of Chino Hills California, Richard and his wife Wendy, have raised two children and are active members of Inland Hills Church. He enjoys coaching youth sports and playing basketball and golf with clients. Most weekends are spent supporting his children with their activities. His favorite vacations are spending time with family abroad.
