Vincent Bethel, Co-founder of Compass Rose Financial Services was born and raised in sunny California and is the oldest of five children. He has an extensive background in the engineering. Vincent was intrigued by the financial industry while running his Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning business; looking for solutions for himself and his business. He realized the education and services provided in the financial field would full fill his love for helping friends and family, and a new chapter began in his life.

As a youth, until he was in his mid-30’s Vincent struggled to make sense of this game of dealing with money. His parents only taught him as a child that if you want a bike or something, they will only buy it if he paid half of the price. He had to meet them halfway. So, he did just that and met them halfway; It taught him a little on how to save. But he never learned about the details of how money really works. That’s why Vincent is passionate about helping everyone learn what schools never taught us. How to manage money.

Here at Compass Rose Financial Services, we cover every angle to meet every need for our clients. Our mission is to educate every family we come in contact with and to bring true value to them. We are a fiduciary-based firm, which ensures we always place the interests of our clients ahead of our own.

There is a growing need to help people learn how to protect themselves and their families when it comes to financial literacy. Our goal is to reach 1000 families in 2023 and we are on track, but we are not stopping there. We are working to set up offices clear across the United States.
